Cookinista - Take one!


Okay, so tonight the roomies and I tried to spice the kitchen up a bit.  We decided to make four-cheese stuffed-silly mushrooms, and so it begins. . .
Roughly chopped spinach

Cook up mushroom stems, garlic, onion and spinach
Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, salt and mozzarella
Mix with veggies

Stuff the shrooms!
